I certify that the information on this application for credit ("Application") is accurate and I am 21 years of age or older. I authorize the Sycuan Casino Resort, an enterprise of the Sycuan Band of the Kumeyaay Nation ("Sycuan") and its agents NRT Technologies, Inc., VisuaLimits, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, "NRT"), or any other designee, to conduct any and all investigations necessary for the approval and periodic review of my credit standing and credit rating using the information provided by me, including access to my credit report which may include outstanding credit at other casino properties, consumer credit report and bank balances. If it is discovered through investigation that information contained in the application or supporting documentation has been provided falsely, civil and criminal action may be taken. I further authorize Sycuan and its designated credit reporting agencies to update and/or review my credit, front money and/or safekeeping account(s) to provide services requested by me, as necessary or as required by law.
I authorize Sycuan to deposit all signed checks into any accounts I have provided on this credit application in the time frame set by the casino. I guarantee funds will be available in these accounts as agreed. If, for any reason, I am asked to leave the Sycuan Casino Resort on a permanent basis, my outstanding checks will be submitted for payment to my financial institution immediately.
I acknowledge that front money and safekeeping deposits shall only be made for gaming purposes. I also acknowledge that at the end of my tip, any remaining funds left in my front money and/or safekeeping account will be returned to me after thirty (30) days of gaming inactivity.
In the event that my account is referred to collection, or to a collection agency, I agree to make all payments within 30-days as agreed. If collection is required, I agree to submit to the jurisdiction of any state or federal court within California, and the Intertribal Court of Southern California sitting as the Sycuan Tribal Court. I further consent to the personal jurisdiction of the Sycuan Tribal Court for any civil action to enforce my obligation or terms of credit under this agreement and license. If a lawsuit is filed to enforce payment or arrears on my account I promise and agree to reimburse Sycuan and/or the Sycuan Casino Resort for its actual and reasonable attorney fees and costs to collect. I also agree to pay all costs of collections. I also authorize the retention of all jackpots, chips or winnings to apply toward the reduction of any outstanding credit balance with the remainder, if any, being returned to me.
Any markers not picked up on departure will be deposited to your bank account on file unless prior arrangements are made with the Credit Manager, Table Games Manager, Casino Shift Manager, or Cage Shift Manager.
Pursuant to Sycuan’s policies and procedures, a completed and signed application is required prior to the extension of credit.
