I certify that I have reviewed all of the information and that it is true and accurate. I authorize Grand Sierra Resort and its affiliates to conduct such investigations pertaining to this information as it deems necessary for approval of my credit limit. I agree not to hold any of these entities responsible or liable for the information released. I agree that Nevada law exclusively governs the terms of my credit line, advances or credit instruments. I agree that Grand Sierra Resort may litigate any dispute involving the credit line, the debt or the payee and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any court, state or federal in Nevada. In addition to any amounts authorized by law, I will pay all costs of collection, including attorney fees and court costs. I acknowledge that irrespective of any currency exchange laws in the country in which I reside, I have the ability and intent to legally repay any advance of money by Grand Sierra Resort. I also acknowledge that an independent agent collecting front money deposits or payments on the debt is my agent and not an agent for Grand Sierra Resort or any of its affiliates.

Before drawing on my line of credit, if granted, I agree to sign credit instruments (e.g. checks) in the amount of the draw. I authorize Grand Sierra Resort to complete any of the following missing items (or electronic coding) of these credit instruments: (a) the name of a payee, (b) any missing amounts, (c) a date, (d) the name, account number and/or address and branch of any banks or financial institutions. This information can be for any account from which I now or may have in the future the right to withdraw funds, regardless of whether that account now exists and whether I provided the information on the account to Grand Sierra Resort.

Marker Policy:
Casino credit privileges at Grand Sierra Resort and Casino allows you to establish a line of credit prior to your arrival and offers you access to gaming funds which can be used at our Table Games and in our Slot areas. At the conclusion of play, it is the player’s responsibility to apply winnings to any outstanding marker(s). Outstanding markers and credit lines may be settled with payments of cash, GSR gaming chips, cashier’s check, personal check or bank deposit. Outstanding markers and credit lines cannot be settled with a bank credit or debit card. Markers not used for Grand Sierra Resort and Casino gaming purposes may be deposited the next business day.
